How do I get an extension?
Firstly, you must have plans for your extension finalised with your architect and approved by your local authority should planning permission be required. Once you contact us we will arrange a visit at your home to review plans and discuss your project, at which point we can offer some expert advice.
Within a week of the initial visit, you’ll receive a fully costed quote, and assuming everything is in order, a small deposit would secure your place in our diary. Agreement of payment terms at this point ensures peace of mind for all parties.
An additional meeting prior to our start date will provide an opportunity to explore any options in terms of materials – bricks, cladding, tiles, skylights etc. offer a lot of options and we want to ensure that your extension is perfect to create your dream space.
